HOME (2008) Varnish, acryl, crayon on 111 pieces of cardboard


A box with cards,
unsorted,
mostly grey and blank,
a few with red shapes,
one white, with a drawing of "The House of Santa Claus".

They have no home,
they move.
assembling a picture on walls.
At each place a different one.

The red shapes tell you HOME.
or not.
Together or apart.
Each place tells more or less.

Where is home?




The work HOME was developed for the project and exhibition
"Päckchen für Kirgistan" in Bishkek.
